2.1. Scope of processing personal data

If you contact us as a customer or interested party, we collect personal data. This happens if you are interested in our products, register for our web shop, contact us by email or telephone or if you use our products and services as part of existing business relationships.

If the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter d GDPR serves as the legal basis. If we process data to protect the legitimate interests of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not more important, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing.

2.3. Collaboration with processors and third parties

If, as part of our processing, we disclose data to other people and companies (processors or third parties), transfer it to them or grant them access to the data, this will only be done on the basis of legal permission (e.g. a transfer to payment service providers necessary to fulfill the contract in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR), a consent, a legal obligation or on the basis of our legitimate interests (e.g. when using agents, web hosts). 4.1. Server and log files

Our hosting provider collects the following information for statistical evaluations: IP address of your computer at the time of access, date, time, content accessed, the page from which you came to our homepage, operating system and browser.

4.2. Forms that require input (e.g. contact form, email contact form)

You can fill out a contact form on our website. We save the data transmitted via the contact form from the input mask. We only process the data to contact you. The following data is collected: email address, customer number, company, title, name (first and last name), street and house number, place of residence, postal code, country, telephone number, VAT ID and your message. Wir setzen Google Analytics nur mit aktivierter IP-Anonymisierung ein. Nur in Ausnahmefällen wird die IP-Adresse an einen Server von Google in den USA übertragen und erst dort gekürzt.

Die vom Browser übermittelte IP-Adresse wird nicht mit anderen Daten von Google zusammengeführt. Nutzer können die Speicherung der Cookies durch eine entsprechende Einstellung des Browsers verhindern. 5.2. Google AJAX Search

Auf diesen Seiten setzen wir Ajax ein. Google AJAX Search API ist ein Service von Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Mit diesem Tool wird eine Optimierung der Ladegeschwindigkeiten erzielt. Hierzu werden Programmbibliotheken von Google Servern aufgerufen und das CDN (Content delivery network) von Google verwendet. Sollten Sie jQuery vorher auf einer anderen Seite vom Google CDN gebraucht haben, wird Ihr Browser auf die im Cache abgelegte Kopie zurückgreifen.
