Explanation of terms
CL = without added gluten, lactose, milk protein, flavor enhancers, artificial colors and preservatives
AF = without allergens to declare, such as eggs, peanuts, fish, grains containing gluten, crustaceans, lupine, milk including lactose, certain nuts (nuts), sulfur dioxide and sulfites, celery, except certain celery products, mustard, sesame seeds, soy, molluscs (snails, mussels, etc.)
Preservative Agents
Flavours in liquid or powder form are used to flavour foods. As the flavour intensity of natural products can vary depending on the harvest, flavours are used to achieve consistent qualities.
